Want to lose weight and keep it off? Do it naturally with my help! Fad diets don’t work because they are not sustainable. Some of them are downright dreadful. Restricting yourself, being a slave to the scale and counting calories is not how we do things here at HTF.  Lasting weight loss happens through education and implementation of a plan that is specifically designed for you, not the masses.

One diet does not and cannot work for everyone. You’re unique and I recognize and celebrate that! You can and will lose weight by following a plan that is made with your personal needs in mind. HTF targets what works with your specific likes/dislikes, body type, activity level, etc. to design a plan that is enjoyable and that will achieve results!

Learn how to eat right, enjoy tasty food in proper portions and to stop counting calories! Losing weight gradually and naturally will help you keep it off, but most importantly, working with HTF will help you gain the tools you need to be a conscious consumer who knows what foods serve their own body best.
