Everyone likes to eat out once in a while, but some of us travel for work and have to do it more than we’d like to. It can be tricky trying to remain healthy while your food is being prepared by a complete stranger. At restaurants, choosing healthy options can be challenging (unless we are dining at a vegetarian, vegan or raw establishment), but most definitely possible if you are armed with the right information.
